Will my interview be virtual or in person? Online applicants typically start with a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview at the store. In-person applicants may be interviewed immediately or scheduled for a formal follow-up session.

Is previous retail experience required to be an Advisor? While prior retail experience is an asset, we value transferable skills. If you have a background in high-level customer service, coaching, or a deep passion for athletic gear, we want to hear from you.
